Equipped with such qualifications she has been, and can be, an invaluable asset to existing and new clients from the conceptual assessment to project completion, including day two maintenance services. She is patient, thorough and focuses most of all on exceeding all client expectations throughout the process.
Jackie is an exceptional communicator with skills in preparing budgets, schedules and furniture project management. With her rich and varied experience in leading project teams, she maintains open channels of communication with the client, ensuring every step of the process is comfortable, collaborative, and entirely attuned to their needs and ultimate satisfaction.
As a part of Kayhan's leadership team since 1987, Jackie monitors Internal Quality between Sales, Customer Service, and Operations. Her education is rooted in Interior Design, and she has received multiple awards in quality and excellence from Haworth.
